People Flying to China Must Get a Double Negative Certificate
Winter is coming, a number of Chinese embassies in France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other countries have all published a notice “Regarding the requirements of the double-negative certificate of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test and serum antibody test on boarding flights to China".
1.After obtaining the certificate that both the nucleic acid test and the serum IgM antibody test are negative, the foreign citizen shall submit the valid passport data page, the test negative certificate, and the scanned copy of the health status statement signed by the applicant to the embassy.
2.After the Chinese embassy and consulate accepts, it will send a scanned copy of the certified health statement to the applicant by email. Applicants must print it out and bring it with them.
3.Airlines operating direct flights to China will check and release passengers with the declaration of health status issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in the place where the flight takes off. Please take the flight within the valid period of the health declaration and cooperate with the airline to check the flight.
1.Please confirm the testing method, report content, issuance time and charges from the testing agency in advance.
2.At present, many international airports rarely have rapid test capabilities, and the test time is not guaranteed. For transit passengers, please refer to the notice on the website of the local embassy and consulate, pay attention to the relevant requirements of nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody testing and entry requirements. Please be cautious about choosing transit flights to China.
